In late 2000. Stephen Bird went in to The Difference studio owned by Dave Mikeal along with friend and drummer David Goslin to record the songs they had been practicing. In one session they were able to complete the drums and rhythm guitar on all the original tracks. Most of them recorded in one or two takes because Dave and Steve had practiced constantly for weeks before. Steve also added all vocals. 

In a second session incredible guitarist Eric Emerson came in to play lead guitar along with Steve Elder on bass. On Double Shifts and More Than I Did Then. The Sofaking's guitarist Tom Sutton played lead. 

Bird and Goslin were happy with the recording. But with the Napster Effect ruining the prior industry model...... "Buy it Then Down Load it" was never released.  Most of the songs are 90 style rock and pop. 

  Now the recording is finally  released.
